Scope of Work: 4DK Auto Detail provides professional interior, exterior, ceramic coating, and mobile auto detailing services.
Free Estimates: All estimates provided via our website, phone, or email are complimentary. However, an estimate is not a final price quote.
Pricing Variations: Final pricing depends on vehicle size, paint condition, level of contamination, and the specific correction level required. 4DK Auto Detail reserves the right to adjust the final price upon physical inspection of the vehicle prior to beginning work.
2. Mobile Service Requirements
We proudly offer mobile detailing services where we come directly to your home or workplace. If you book a mobile service, you agree to provide:
A safe, legal, and accessible working space for our team and van.
Access to a reliable power source and/or water source, unless otherwise agreed upon prior to the appointment.
3. Service Areas & Insurance
Service Area: We primarily serve Wellington, Westlake, West Palm Beach, Royal Palm Beach, Lake Worth, Boynton Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, and the surrounding Florida areas.
Fully Insured: For your peace of mind, 4DK Auto Detail is fully insured. While we treat every vehicle with the utmost care, our liability is limited to the scope of our insurance policy coverage.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. However, because we operate on a strict schedule, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 to 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
5. User Submissions & Communication
By submitting your details through our website form or calling us at +1 (728) 219-3520 to request a free estimate, you consent to receive communications from us (via phone call, text, or email) regarding your request, appointment reminders, and follow-ups. We respect your privacy and will never sell your information to third parties.
6. Liability Disclaimers
Pre-existing Damage: 4DK Auto Detail is not responsible for repairing pre-existing damage, including but not limited to torn leather, cracked plastic, peeling clear coat, deep scratches, or faulty electronics. We ask that you point out any known issues before we begin.
Vehicle Contents: Please remove all personal belongings, valuables, and car seats from the vehicle prior to our arrival. 4DK Auto Detail is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle.
